Diet Update

So after trying my diet for 4 weeks, im changed things up abit, this is what im doing now.

6:45am wake up
30min Excersize Bike

7:45am Oatmeal + Shake. + 1 Caffeine Pill, 1 L-Arginine Pill
60c/50p/5f

10am Chicken Wrap
200-250g of chicken 50p
14c/3p/2.5f Wrap + Romain Lett

1pm Same As Above

4pm 200g Steak + Veggies

5:30-6:30 Go To The Gym
Take, Superpump + Sizeon

After Gym 60p of whey
- 1tsp Glutamine
- 3tsp Honey
- 1slice of whole wheat bread

9pm "ish" Jump on the bike for another 30-45mins.

Before bed. 10-10:30ish
- 1tbsp peanut butter
- 3tbsp of 1% cottage cheese

If this needs more work, let me know.. MY GOAL IS TO LOSE AS MUCH FAT AS POSSIBLE.. A.S.A.P.

On first glance, swap the pb for fish oil.

I'll look more closely when i get some times this weekend.

First, I think you should be performing HIIT style cardio.

Second, you need to begin and end your day with whole foods.

Carbs should be centered around breakfast (30%), preworkout (20%), and post workout (25%), the final 15% should be split evenly amongst your during the day meals.

Your final meal of the day should be proteins and a small amount of fat. Perhaps 15 grams of fat from fish fats and olive oil.

Drop the glutamine and arginine.

I'm not familiar with these products.

Post workout shake should be whey and a high GI carb. Post workout whole food meal should be protein and a low GI carb. Split your post workout carbs and proteins amongst these meals.
