current i am bulking up, for another month and a half. As of today i weigh about 182 lbs. just posted my diet, its got everything i eat during the day, including post work out shakes and stuff. is it alright? or it needs a change, tnx guys!

Way too much protein. Keep protein to 1g/lb on a bulk. Up the carbs to 50-60%. Keep fat at 15-20% of overall intake. The foods are great but idk when you are eating them. Are they split up throughout the day about every 2-4 hours? How is your post wo?

looks good but if you slowly start to plateau up your carbs. you want to eat as many calories as your desired weight would need to maintain. everthing looks awesome as of right now though. Protein seems a bit much but I think a matter of personal opinion how much you need.

i have 1 shake at 11 morning in school with 3 slices of bread. my post work out is 2 scoops of 100 % whey. i workout @ night around 6 o clock. then i have my meal and another 1, 1 hour b4 i go to bed.(cottage cheese, skim milk). i eat every 2.5-3 hrs.

post workout i have 40 g of whey protein, after 45 mins i eat a chicken breast about 8 ounce plus whole wheat pasta/brown rice.

i would go for 50:30:20 of carbs:protein:fats
get some complexed carbs pre workout and simple carbs PWO like frek mentioned, i usually take some fruit juice or a fruit aswell as my PWO shake to the gym, and have a big ass meal when i get home, usuall white pasta, white rice, or white bread with a meat, fish, or poultry of some sort
