Let me know if you have any questions. You basically have to just buy the foods and see how fast you go through them. From there you can kinda keep track of how long each food lasts you.

Help with a diet

What exercises are you performing with the dumbbells?

I assume you're looking to bulk? Correct me if I'm wrong, it's an assumption.
-Here should be your macro nutrient intake:
Protein: 138-150g
Carbs: 340-390g
Calories: 3300-3800
Fat: 60-110g

What is your current diet looking like also? Experience?

I would get his baseline intake right now - take his dietary intake for 3-5 days - take the avg. Increase by 500 calories, 1g/lb protein, 60% carbs, the rest fat. - approx. I lay everything out in the primer.
