Can I teabag in cold water instead of hot water because I don't have a stove at the dorm, but I do have my gallons of water... Or is the heat necessary for the tea to be mixed in with the water??

when you 'teabag' it usually means your dipping your balls on someones mouth or face. when you make tea its called 'steep' sorry i think you said this before and I found it very funny. and dont you have a plug in in your room so you can buy a kettle? idont think you would get near the amount out of the tea with cold water.

Put the water in a glass, heat it for 2 mins in the microwave and let it steep for 2-3 mins.
