Here's something I have successfully experimented with...

Instead of using regular table salt, using Morton Lite Salt. It tastes identical to regular salt, you can use it for cooking, etc. The difference is that it's made from potassium chloride and sodium chloride, whereas regular table salt is just sodium chloride.

A quarter-teaspoon (very little) of Morton Lite Salt contains 10% of your RDA of potassium and only half as much sodium as regular salt. If you like to salt your meat, use salt in your cooking, put it on your eggs, etc., it's really easy to boost your potassium intake using Morton Lite Salt.

And it contains iodine, too.

You can find it at your grocery store right next to the salt.

Man I hate salt in my food. I'll just stick to my spices...& my Bananas for my potassium.

& yes potassium prevents cramps & your muscles stiffening up
