you can take a shitload of BCAA's, assuming a serving is 5 g's 3 servings 15 g's is not very much. I've heard of people taking up to 20g's at a time... i would just mix a bunch(if i remember right you have scivations
xtend, use like 8-10 scoops which is like 4-5 servings) in a gallon jug and drink it throughout the day. If you can force yourself to eat at least 3 whole food meals do it... i know it will suck and hurt like a mother fucker, so eat easy to eat shit like tuna thats a pretty soft protein source, and mash up some potatoes, but if you cant do it who gives a shit, this stuff happens.
