5'11 185lbs.....no matter what i eat i feel like i never gain weight! need more cals? more protein? i eat 6 meals a day, protein shake immedietly after i train, and a shake before i got to bed? suggestions pleeasee, ive been training for about 5 years, about 1 strictly bodybuilding, former athlete and i bust my ass in the gym

best thing i can tell you to do is break down your calories into macro totals of protein/carbs/lipids (fats). try mrp's (meal replacements). i know ON has a great product 100% gold standard meal. it's 1300 calories and tastes just like a wendy's frosty. you may be eating 6 meals a day, but that still isn't giving me a total of your calories consumed. try MyPyramid.gov - United States Department of Agriculture - Home and track what your eating daily for a week to get a more accurate number of what your calories actually are. you should be consuming no more than 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight. other than that i can't offer any other insights until i see what your caloric intake is.

That's what you feel. But that's wrong. Trust me I felt the same way, I was 104 lbs around the end of October. I am now 135 lbs. All because my diet is almost near perfect, 6-8 meals DAILY. Make sure your training with perfect form, and lifting heavy. All i'm saying is, after this thread is over, and you are all set to go. You will feel you can gain weight.

Keep motivated and you'll gain. Trust me.
