I am about 6 ft 205 pounds with a shitload of bodyfat/little muscle.
I had been bulking from 140 to 200 but started with alot of bf also.
I am planning to start cutting down real soon and then starting fresh after that.
I have put together a diet and would like some comments.
Breaky:
1/2 Cup Oat bran
1.5 Tablespns PeanutButter
2 Cups Milk(Lite or probably skim)
1 Egg
Lunch
1 Cup Cooked Rice
Bunch of green
peas
Piece of chicken
1 Cup milk
1 Egg
Arvo
5 tblspns Cottage Cheese
Small bowl Borlotti Beans
Serving of tuna or fish
1 Cup Milk
1 Egg
Dinner
Bowl of:
mushrooms, baby corn, green peas
with serving of chicken
Supper
1/2 Cup Almonds
1 Cup milk
2450 Calories.
34% 98g Fat
31% 197g Protein
35% 228g Carbs
Other than more protein what would you think may need adjusting in this diet?
The change I have done from bulking was lower carbs down and keep protein high plus lower calories.
