Depends on your diet, your body type, the intesity of the cardio, your ultimate goal by doing cardio.

If you are bulking, doing cardio 5 days a week is just plain asinine.

If you are cutting, doing 5-6-7 days of cardio is perfectly normal.

Lay out your ultimate plan and we might be able to help you better.

Sincerly,
TheWall

keep cardio too 3-4 days a week, medium intensity 45mins to an hour each session. work each body part once a week, ie delts, traps, chest, tri's, bi's, hams quads, abs (you can do a couple times a week), etc etc...

I think everything has been covered really. Differ your intensities, lengths of run and type of run! Keep your diet clean and I think you will do well.

You say you are already cut. Why do you want to cut down even more, why not just bulk up? If you can stay naturally lean by eating all the food you want, then take advantage of that. Take in as many calories as humanly possible. You will lose a tremendous amount of strength when you get down to the 3-4-5% bodyfat levels.

Also what does your diet look like?
Give a macro count (protein,carbs,fat,calories).

Believe it or not, but you can bulk without eating pizza, burgers, fast food, etc.

Bulking is not putting on as much fat as possible in the shortest amount of time (like most people would think).

Eat Up,
TheWall
