OK, so perhaps someone can help me fill this out or correct it...


* Whey protein: digests in 30 minutes
* Casein protein: digests over 2-7 hours
* Egg protein: digests in 1-3 hours
* Soy protein: ???
* animal protein (chicken, beef, etc.): ???

this is what ive heard:
Whey: 2 hours
Casein: 5-7
Egg: 3
Soy: 3-5
Animal: 4-5 (this is what im most unsure about)

your best bet would be to put this in laynes section of natural bbing, he studies/ has studied this and should be able to give you a definite answer.

iv just started taking whey protein, but not sure how many grams to put in how ever much water, can anyone help

welshguy.. how much water to put in varies a lot from powder to powder.. i feel my MRM Whey tastes best with 3dl of water... some would probably prefer 7dl and some 5dl.. with ON i may prefer 4dl and 3dl would taste shit.. u just got to experiment urself

Interesting Question.
It looks like a mixture of different types is the best to supply your body with protein over an extended period of time.
