i put some muscle milk in my oatmeal just like a half of scoop and i had a bagel which had 5grams of protein and i was wondering if it was a good choice becuase if it is i think i might have that for breakfast more often.

I add whey to my oatmeal at least twice a day! Its delicious!
Usually a scoop and a half of whey + some chopped walnuts.

They actually make Muscle Milk Oatmeal, you just add water and it tastes prety good and saves time.

Its a bit expensive for what you get, but definitely convenient. (kinda like protein bars) I'd love to have a bunch of these stored away in my desk at work.

Its really nice to eat protein as a hot meal, rather than a cold snack bar.
