For diet knowledge is key, read and reread the following posts, if you have any questions after that ask away. As far as training goes what kind of training experience do you have. Hydroxycut is strait garbage... many other more beneficial weightloss tools, supplements will NOT do anything if you're not dieting and training correctly.

K so im looking under the second list and the only thing that i even remotely like under protein is Cottage cheese.Do you consider Tuna Fish; fish?

For Carbohydrates the only thing that i like under the list is fruits..I cannot, i repeat i can not eat vegetables..Iv'e tried almost of all of them and don't like them.I try and eat salad from time to time when im out at dinner but i eventually give up after like 6 bites..

And i go by my football routine sorta.I bench, curls, squats, leg press and run...

well... bbing isnt easy, you just need to find ways to make things taste better. You can use seasonings, and other things to mask the taste of chicken, lean cuts of red meat, etc. Tuna fish..... is in fact a fish. There are other healthy carbs that are not on the list you're 16 if you just focus on staying away from sweets and trying to eat lower GI(glycemic index) carbs you should be fine... those diets may be a little too in depth for you atm. Try just eating healthier at first.
You play football so i'm assuming they having you doing all kinds of conitioning work... so additional cardio might just wear you down. You probably just need to stop eating as much. What days do you lift what? Do you take any supplements? if not the ones that i mentioned in the dieting made easy thread are the ones that are worth the money. Maybe you could post up what you typically eat in a day, including times (workout times as well).

Morning when i wake up at 6:30 i don't eat anything because i don't have time.I shower and the only thing i would be able to eat in the morning are like pop tarts but i never do.

At lunch time which is 10:30a.m. for me, i drink 1 dairy's men chocolate milk and 1 little bag of ruffles cheddar & sour cream and a rice crispy treat.

Then when i get out of school at 3p.m. i always stop at steak and shake on the way home and get a milk shake..

Then dinner is not always the same..Sometimes it's chicken tenders de-fried or grilled cheese on texas toast or 2 french bread pizza's or 2 steak ems.I will drink either a glass of milk with it.

Then for a snack at like 10ish i might have a bowl of speacial k's.

On a workout day i work out around 4p.m. i'll drink a redbull to get me going and then after my workout i'd drink a protien shake, american whey but im thinking about trying muscle milk because american whey tastes horrible.

Also i drink about 2 Eight ounce glasses of a milk a day and alot of water.I start out with a regular deer water bottle in the morning. And i refill it after every class. So i drink approximtly 10 bottles of water a day along with 3 oz glasses of water after i get home

You think losing 60pounds by july or beginning of august is very possible or not really? The reason i wish to lose weight is to switch from tackle to Line Backer...

welll... your diet really needs ALOT of work.

6:30: drink a protein shake with some crushed up cheerios, get a coffee grinder and grind up oats and throw them in there. *its quick easy and doesnt taste half bad, just crush the cheerios the night before* *not eating is NOT going to help you lose weight infact its counterproductive, youre body is trying to be as effecient as possible so if you starve it its going to want to save any calories you take in for later use because it doesnt know when its going to be fed again*

10:30 some meat hell even a turkey sandwhich with wheat bread would be better then that garbage youre eating... yes its garbage it belongs in the trash. sorry but i have to be honest with you, so that you can make the right choices.

3:00 get rid of that milk shake damn... there is little nutritional benefit to it, except a shit load of empty Calories. down a can/pouch of tuna or some cottage cheese instead.

Diner: you cant really control because you're living at home *i assume*, so just try to control the amount you eat... not saying starve yourself just dont go overboard.

That snack at night, should be changed to something like cottage cheese, or a glass of skim milk, and 2 tbsp of natty peanut butter *dont knock it 'till you try it*

I'm not going to lie Muscle Milk does in fact taste good, but its not what you need at this time it has alot of fat and calories... which you should be looking to limiting, so if you're looking for taste get optimum nutrition 100% gold standard it tastes great and its more cost effective then Muscle Milk.

IF you want to keep the milk try to get 1% or skim. Keep drinking that water it can only help.

Realistically losing 1-2 lbs a week is optimal because it limits the amount of muscle you lose. If you lose more then that you run a high risk of losing large amounts of LBM (lean body mass). It is possible that you could lose ALOT of weight maybe not the full 60 but you'll be damn close. Just keep lifting heavy and hard, and training hard. Work on your diet, when you start to make adjustments dont stop... keep learning more and changing things as you go. I wish you the best of luck bro if you need anything hit me up.

the cheerios or oats are just a quick source of lower GI carbs, you'll put them in your shake so it wont be a big deal to just down it.You could eat a whole wheat baggle, or whole wheat toast with sugar free jelly, not as quick as the others but still pretty quick.

Fat burners right now would just be a waste of money. Just get you're diet and training on track then after that search around on here because lots of people have diffrent opinions on them. I personally dont use them, i have and i didnt notice any diffrence then from when i just dieted and trained.

yes to both... just limit the steak or find lean cuts. Thers alot of fat in it, but when you eat the steak try to consume fiberous carbs (lettuce, spinach, etc.) it will help limit you're fat gain. You dont need alot of steak either i would say around 4-6oz's of a lean cut. Please keep me updated on you're progress. If you want to keep track of you're diet Fitday is easy to use and free. Stick to it and you wont be disapointed.... just be prepared for the long haul.
