ive been eatin pretty good 4 all i no like fruits,veges n all that... but, wat bout snacks? wat r good snacks to eat dat wont hurt me 4 workin out? basically im askin wat to get when i go n get food 4 myself.

i'm not entirely sure what you mean...

if you're talking proteins then really any lean meat, but if you're talking like just snacks to keep your metabolism up during the day you could use protein bars and rice cakes. rice cakes can fill you up to a point and they're a pretty clean snack overall

Air popped popcorn, or popcorn that doesn't have too much oil to make it. I have a popcorn machine that makes 6 quarts of popcorn (24 cups), and needs around 3 tablespoons of oil to do it (1.3 grams of fat roughly per a serving).

It's slow digesting, low moisture content so when your drinking and eating popcorn it practically soaks up the liquid, it's high in dietary fiber and a great base for any flavorings you choose to add on.

I would more agree towards the protein shake than the bar, the reason being that the bars are usually loaded with unnessesary amounts of fats, carbs and other additives. They also aren't very filling (for me anyway) when i'm hungry, or craving something a protein bar won't do it for me.
