Hi everyone. I was wondering how to claculate body fat percentage. Thx for helping me out.

calipers, or search body fat calculator on google and this site comes up and u punch in some measurements of your body and it will give u a good estimate

Calipers are probably the most accurate and easiest way to check body fat. The electrostatic tests are not exactly accurate.

The water boyency (volume displacement) test is supposed to be the most accurate, but it has a few caviats and itsn't exactly convenient.

the bod pod works too, but for big guys it doesn't work as well cuz they can't fit in there
