there may be alot of people who already do this but i just tried it by accident and i like it. thought i would share it
for those of you who drink coffee, i started to mix my vanilla protien into my coffee. works to my advantage, because it sweetens the coffee (with out sugar), i get my protien in, its quick... pour it over ice if you want . my wife likes it that way. almost tastes like some of those drinks from starbucks. just thought i would share it.

i have also mixed protien with diet coke and dr. pepper. i dont know how healthy that is but tastes like a ice cream float....kind of.

are there any unorthodox things you guys do with your protien or other supps.

I made some protein pancakes this morning.

2 scoops of ON Whey
3/4 Cup of Oats
1/2 Cup low-fat pancake mix
3 egg whites
1 apple (sliced)
2tbsp of vanilla extract
2tbsp of non-fat vanilla yogurt

Good stuff!!

that is such a good idea!

I put a scoop of strawberry ON protein in my oatmeal in the morning and it flavors it without the sugar.

Back when I used to waste my money on Muscle Milk I would make a really thick mixture (one scoop and just a lil milk) to form a "frosting". It had the same texture/thickness/viscosity as frosting. I used this mixture on numerous things, namely on my waffles to replace sugar-filled syrup.

I used to do the same thing w/ some gnc brand vanilla protein.(tasted terrible) I'm not a big coffe guy, so once i ran out of the terrbile tasting protein i stopped doing it. I took the stuff like about 1 hour before i worked out. but now i have NO explode, so i dont need any more caffeine in a day.

great idea though and i would recamend it to anyone.

Apparently it doesnt mix well with hot water or coffee. Looks like diarrhea. The powder is seperating from the liquid and turning it into a consistency of cottage cheese. I might have to use a different brand. Ill drink it anyway.
