Hi all,
My family drinks way to many sodas, and I am trying to stop them from doing that. My mother is a diabetic and I can't give her orange juice unless her sugar is low. I am looking to make some really good juice drinks. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

4c, anything made with splenda, anything powdered and low sugar, seltzer water with flavored powders. Pre mixed low sugar drinks have more salt than they should, avoid those. Make sure she keeps a stable blood sugar level, diabetes never gets easier.
