iv started back at the gym but this time i want bulk up,what would the right daily intake (fat, carbs, protein and all that) be to bulk.?

it really depends on your stats

it's pretty much preffered to have about 1g of protein per lb of body weight, 2 to 3 grams of carbs per lb of body weight, and i'd typically just go for .3 to .5 grams of fat per lb of body weight
