Hey guys,

I've been bulking up for the past 4-5 months(if you'd call it that, I only weigh 150). But I went from 135 to 150(I'm 5'6"). I'm already pretty cut but I'm looking to continue that even further. I'm a college student so good eating habbits are tough to come by and thats where I could use some help. I read some other meal plans on here and most of them are filled with meals that I could just never eat(just because of food preference). I'm not looking for the perfect meal plan, but I recently began taking Animal Cuts and doing cardio, so I figured I'd change my eating habbits as well to help myself out.

I admittadly am pretty clueless when it comes to a good diet, so if you guys could get me started with some good foods to help me get more cut. I don't need a full out meal plan but just maybe a list of foods that would be considered O.K to eat while losing weight and I could impliment those into my day. Thanks guys.

Height: 5' 6"
Weight: 150
Max Bench: 220
