Hey guys, im trying to lose some weight, I've Already asked a few questions so this is what i've come up with!

6Am 20-40mins on Exersize Bike

7am 1 Protien Shake, large Bowl of oatmeal.

10am Wholewheat no fat pita with 1 large boneless chicken breat and a piece or roman lettous

1pm 10am Wholewheat no fat pita with 1 large boneless chicken breat and a piece or roman lettous

4pm Still Not Sure what to eat here?

5-6pm Gym, 15mins of walking after training, then 1.5 scopes of whey

after that shake "30-45mins" i just on the Exersize bike for about an hour. i get done, have a scope of no-fat cottage chesse and off the bed.

Trying to Lose 20-30lbs By the end of april.

do you want the fast route?
about the bike.... thats nice and all , but if you can run.....run, if you cant, then use interval training on the bike if you are not doing so already. or use the stepper or the elliptical. the bike wont shed the pounds as fast as the ones i have mentioned.

i doesnt look like you have enough protien in your diet, add some egg whites with your oatmeal. make sure that oatmeal doesnt have any sugar.

the pita is fine ...if its really whole wheat, check the back to make sure. it needs to have 3 to 6 grams of fiber per serving.

before work out meal... fruit, granola, yougurt. nothing to heavy
