welcome to the dungeon. this is an EXCELLENT place to learn from other BB. there are many people of all training levels that are here( some are very very knowledgable).so i hope you learn alot and can obtain the results you want. That being said: your post sux(sorry) i dont know how much you have looked at posts in here but there are many posts that explain that if you wnt help you are gonna have to do a good post. some of the info you need to put are;

age
wieght
height
#yrs of exp.
what you are currently taking(if any)
nutrition
and goal
i assume your is "weight loss" are u wanting to cut some BF% or are u wanting something else.
let me say that there is no magical diet or pill or sup u can take to lose weight it takes:
good nutrition
cardio
determination/hardwork
sups are just that a supplement to your diet. read laynes sticky on pre-contest cutting it will help. please continue to ask questions just make them a little more specific. once again there are some BB in here that really know they're stuff

Good post bulldog.
Read around the forums as much as you can.
In order to learn, you're going to have to be willing to READ, and A LOT of it.
So enjoy the forums and stay active.

I'm not trying to be disrespectful in the least bit, but that's a terrible way to start a thread. That just screams 'meathead'. I agree with the 2 posts above^ go into detail with everything you want and then we can help you. Bodybuilding isn't as easy as popping a pill and doing a couple curls. It take time, effort and motivation to get you there. Supplementation should be the last thing you do research on, after you start reading up on nutrition, form and what not.

Like I said nothing disrespectful towards you personally, but imo it's the truth.
