Hi everyone. I weight 180 lbs. and I'm 6" tall and I want to gain muscles. But I'm a little bit chubby so I want to loose fat before summer so I got a six pack. I eat no fast food or shit things like that, instead I eat everything that contains protein to make my muscles grow. Here's my question: Can someone tell me how can I change my diet so I loose fat without removing proteins from it ? And, another question: I am doing a spining course at my gym ( the group biking ) is it good to burn calories ? thank you

Heres some pictures of me (been training for 6 months) so you have an idea of what I look like.

eat 6-8 meals a day, lots of carbs in each meal.(WW bread, pasta, brown rice) drink lots of water, train harder than the previous day always, get enough sleep, do cardio but not very intense 2-3 times a week should be alright. and gains will come .
