I weigh 186 lbs. and am 5'11". I've been bulking for the past three months and was able to go from 164 to 186 lbs. I want to start cutting now to get leaner for summer and throw some definition on my abs.
I'm just one week into this diet and I'm sure it needs some tweaking so all suggestions are welcomed, please.
To maintain my current size would mean approx. 2970 cal/day so minus 500 puts me at about 2400/day.
I lift on Mon/Wed/Fri with 30 mins. of moderate cardio, and then Tues/Thurs is cardio comprised of 1 min sprints/1 min rest x 10 and then 30 mins of moderate cardio (jogging,stationary bike).
Meal 1: Protein shake 5 oz. Egg whites and 3 whole eggs.
Meal 2: 1 banana 1 cup yogurt fat free.
Meal 3: 6 oz. Roast beef on two slices of rye mustard and lettuce.
Meal 4: 1 can tuna 1 tbsp no fat mayo. Almonds 1 serving.
Meal 5: 6 oz. Chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup
peas and carrots or broccolli.
Also I'm not sure what needs to be pre work out meal and post work out meal. Although I read layne nortons thread Im still a little confused.
