Grill it with salt and pepper. Either way you mentioned it it will taste so bland.

seasoning for me, sometimes in bulk i use sweet baby rays bbq sauce.

... its chicken, unless your on a serious cut dont worry about the seasoning you're tossing on, human nature you're going to get bored with typical chicken taste.

Lol for sure! You will get bored with most foods though... So experement and find new exciting things.

I just bake some chicken in the oven and when its done I put some low sodium mustard on it. It actually tastes pretty good . This works for lean cuts of steak too.

Cosign that. Sweet Baby Rays is the shit. One Tablespoon here or there doesnt make that much difference in your macro totals. One Tablespoon is like 40 calories, so if the rest of your diet is clean and you arent including a daily cheat meal or something then it should be fine IMO. I eat chicken breasts and brown rice at least 3-4 times a day but it would be like punishment to eat it dry without a little bit of BBQ sauce or ketchup or something.
