I wouldnt say eat junk if you dont want to gain in wrong places but you dont have to be as strict.Eat some natural peanut butter sandwiches on whole wheat bread whenever you want.eat hamburgers but not fast food its best to have them on whole wheat also.steak chicken tuna.eat your heart out.pasta is ok too.Go for it.Feed yourself every 2-3 hrs.Like BBdude makwe sure you get enough protein.

definitely like Kaboom said he at least 140grams of protein and plenty of carbs like potatoes, rice, pasta. Eat plenty of chicken, lean red meat, fish, turkey, etc. You seem to have a fast metabolism so get a good amount of carbs in your system and you should be good to go. Drink plenty of water at least a gallon a day

barilla past plus, it comes in a yellow box, some turkey meatballs, some chopped peppers you by frozen, with about a pound of parma cheese. I eat it 1-2 times a day. Also when bulking you dont have to be so strict, just eat like a beast, workout like a beast, and you wont get fat at all really.
