Wanted to share a salmon recipe I cook frequently.
You need the following for (1) 6 oz salmon filet:
( I use atlantic salmon with skin on one side)
Teaspoon of Mustard(Your preference, I use Spicy Brown Mustard)
1/4 cup of Croutons crushed up(Your choice of flavor)
Teaspoon of Margarine melted
In a glass baking dish cover bottom thoroughly with olive oil.
Lay the filet in the dish skin side down.
Spread the mustard onto the top of the filet evenly.
Spread the crushed croutons over the mustard evenly.
Drizzle the melted margarine onto the croutons to make them lightly moist.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Check after 15mins to see how brown the tops are getting. They should become medium golden brown and the fish should flake when done.
