Hey guys was messing around and came across this EAS.com | ENERGY-ATHLETICS-STRENGTH Tell me what you think about it. It may be able to help all these young guys elliminate there questions. The main one of my interest is the third one down.

wow... talk about making everyones lives easier... this was a great find IMO... hopefully we can reference it without breaking any rules.

I thought so... I figured its a great starter point for some of the newer people who dont wanna figure everything out on there own, and want the answers givin to them lol. This way they get what they want!

exactly what i was thinking, thats why i made the "dieting made easy" thread so we can stop answering the same damn starter questions all the time. but that site makes it even easier, and would stop alot of people from hassling us until they have a real question. That site might be a little off on the breakdowns but at least its a start.

Ya man i think it is off bit but im sure people can still see results with it. So no complaints
