So how are most people measuring fat percentage?

I have heard body fat calipers are the best way, but you have to be trained.

How accurate are the body fat readings on a weight scale. I have a Taylor Scale and it does give %fat, but I am not sure if I can trust it or not.

under water weighing is the most accurate... but calipers are pretty good. but you need to get with some one who know what they are doing, if not you will get a skewed number....
