how often do you treat yourself to junk food, alcohol, etc...?...

i only allow myslef to drink beer every couple weeks if and when i go out with some friends, and then i treat myself to some fast food or pizza about once a week and usually have a soda with that and only then...

was just kinda curious how strict you are with yourself and how long you can hold out on the urges for some junk food

too often lol my diet is pretty bad. i dont eat junk food often but i dont often eat 'clean' either. i only drink only occasions like parties, going out and shit like that really. only got one life bro

I cheated pretty much everyday from christmas to new years, now I have to make it up!

1 cheat meal per week, 2-3 drinks with alcohol a week.
I also try to cheat with foods that don't have trans fats

i cheat 2-3 meals every week when im bulking, i cheat max 2 times when cutting...

i eat pistasie nuts and sometimes chocolate... i am against alcohol so i dont drink...

hahaha...wow and i thought i was cheating too often!.....i cant go any longer than a week w/ out having some sort of greasy fat nasty cheeseburger, pizza or somethin along with a soda.......alcohol i can live without its just nice to go out every couple weeks and have a few beers

i dont drink and it really depends what ou call a cheat meal, i dont call my moms cooking cheat meals cus it aint that bad, a takeaway is and i would say like once a week minimum lol

Have u heard the theory of Ronnie Coleman's nutritionist, Chad (something), that in the off season u should really not have a very clean diet, cause the body have a hard time making muscle on only chicken and rice.. he actually says u should be taking hamburgers, more fatty steaks, french fries and so on... but eggs are always good

^^ i have heard that from others also....

my diet strictly consists of chicken, tuna, steak, eggs, oatmeal, whole wheat bread/toast, potatoes, rice, broccoli, carrots, some pasta, protein shakes, milk and water...thats it!

i personally dont like hamburger except for cheating myself with Wendys or similar once a week. I love pizza but i gotta stay away from it cuz it usually makes me feel like garbage!

Well, I cheat on a bulk. I eat Stella Dora cookies sometime, no one can resist the taste of those.

Not often though, I prob cheat twice a week. I feel that when bulking, I don't care very much, I'm looking to gain weight anyway.

Pizza is rare for me, maybe once every two weeks.

Don't drink either.

usually one cheat meal per week. most likely on a friday night. me and my friends usually get a pizza or something. and i don't drink.(about half the kids in my grade do though, "cause its cool")
