^^ i have heard that from others also....
my diet strictly consists of chicken, tuna, steak, eggs, oatmeal, whole wheat bread/toast, potatoes, rice, broccoli, carrots, some pasta, protein shakes, milk and water...thats it!
i personally dont like hamburger except for cheating myself with Wendys or similar once a week. I love pizza but i gotta stay away from it cuz it usually makes me feel like garbage! |
