Diet, cardio, proper training.

Doing cardio very often throughout the week will help tone your legs as well as the rest of your body.

Training- Less weight more reps.

For your diet: A Unique Combination of Science and Experienced Pre-Contest Advice by Layne Norton

I'm not a fan of Casein. Give it a try and if you're not satisfied stop taking it.

For training you don't have to change rep scheme. Muscles don't get more lean with higher reps. The muscle system only knows three actions: Mantainence, growth, loss. Mantaining is what the body prefers, it constantly strives to keep an even keel. Loss is when you lack the protein to mantain the muscle size, gain is made when you stimulate the muscles in such a way as the body feels in danger and adapts to get stronger to prevent injury.

Do a cutting diet, throw in some HIIT cardio, thats all there is to it.

Something like this. Pick a form of cardio you like and warm up, stretch out.

40-50 seconds - Average or above average pace
20-10 seconds - Sprinting

Repeat that one minute combination 15-30 times.
