ok im going to start bulking up again monday. ive taken like a month off from bulking (holidays messed me up)

i am 6"1' i work out 4 times a week and try to do 3 days of 30 mins cardio

i want to bulk up and not gain alot of fat... so how much protein/carbs/fat/calories

bro, there is a ton of material on bulking and the proper breakdown for a diet on the site. find some info and then if you have any questions let us know.
