Hello guys, I need some help just to know if its all ok with my diet.
I want to gain some weight with quality, so I did a food journal for a couple days, and I discovered that I need 3000cal to maintain my actual weight (that is 73kg=160lbs).
To gain weight I estimate that I need 4000cal since I have a very fast metabolism.
So I'm planning to eat 8 meals at day, each one of them have 20g of protein, 69g of carbs, and 12g of fat...just in the pre training meal that I eat 100g of carbs and then in the post taining I eat 50g of protein...I take no more than two hours and half between the meals.
well this is it, what do you guys think? |
