Hi guys, this is my pre work that I am doing before I start my bb diet. I was wondering if I was on the right track?

My protien intake req is 160g/day

This equals 32g/meal (Im planing on 5 meals/day)

I plan to have 2 protien shakes daily 30g protien in each
equalling 60g/day total.

This leaves 100g protien spit up between 3 remaining "real food" meals

This leaves 33g protien for each of my three "real meals"

33g protien by my calculations equals:
117g cooked chicked breast
117g tuna (pain, usually tin around here's 100g)
120g roast beef
9 eggs (2 whole and 7 whites)
100g lean roast lamb

If this is all corect I'll be moving on to phase two. How excititng!

i would try to add another 1-2 meals in bro. you should be eating every 2-3 hours until bedtime. make sure you are consuming protein before bed, but a slower digesting one. The best option would be a Casein type protein found in Milk, or you can buy straight casein protein.

Thanks, great advice!
I haven't started to diet just yet, Ill re-jig the numbers to add in 2 more.
That also might make the amounts of meats a bit easier to manage too.
Did my numbers on the amount of meat seem about right for sufficient protien?
