me i find that i can get away with eating carbs in the morning and a little before bed, all other times its usually in the form of salad veggies, tried taking mct oil and i dont know if it was fat or water but i started losing the abs (!) so im off it now back to just vital strength hydroxy ripped and main meals of a serving of baby spinach and rocket, with some lean beef.
