its a carb source... i'm not sure on the exact biochem rule it plays but from my understanding and what i've read it has to do with its moleculor weight and it aids in drawing nutrients and water into the muscles ... someone correct me if i'm wrong. All though theres some dispute on whether or not its high GI or low GI i was just reading on another site about how they did blood tests after exercise and supplemented at various times with WMS and it didnt seem to have a significant spike in blood sugar levels.

hmm sounds like a way to go ive seen those 100% carb powders and was a little hesitant at taking them simply because my body packs on fat with an increase in carbs(i eat hokkein noodles and watch me blow up)

It works pretty well.. it will give you a good pump as well as shuttling nutrients.

hmm shall have to give it a try, although like i said if i have slightly too many carbs (i bulk up with a small amount of carbs)

i feel you on that i have to watch when i take in carbs and all that fun stuff *i'm pretty carb sensitive... at least i think so*... nutraplanet.com has bulk WMS for 12.50 for 1.5k's not a bad deal if you just want to try it out.

diet i keep carbs mostly upon waking/preworkout and pwo and ppwo... after that i take in little to no carbs.. mostly from vegetables. Supplements i keep it pretty simple i take 2 scoops xtend with added 5 g's of L-Leucine for its muscle sparing abilities, i ussually sip on this during my workout and/or when i'm fasting throughout the day. Just started creatine again last week. I have some WMS but i cant get over the texture of it... so i kind of like to stick with maltodextrin, or another carb source, ussually just 50g's PWO (i treat cardio like a normal weight session too and supplement the same). Thats pretty much it.

i forgot to mention i use alot of oils and such to keep my calories up... my favorite is ev coconut oil.

me i find that i can get away with eating carbs in the morning and a little before bed, all other times its usually in the form of salad veggies, tried taking mct oil and i dont know if it was fat or water but i started losing the abs (!) so im off it now back to just vital strength hydroxy ripped and main meals of a serving of baby spinach and rocket, with some lean beef.

You gained weight while taking a MCT supplement?? damn thats very unusual... i find it very thermogenic. I take it at work with a protein shake when I'm busy *in the form of EV coconut oil*, and i sweat my ass off... i've actually felt it helped to lean me out. Spinach is kick ass my favorite vegie, love it raw with that basalmic spritzer sald shit... lol taste's bomb plus the added bonus of the green tounge and spit afterwards.
