Hey guys. I know you probably get sick of these questions but could you please have a look at my diet and help me out with it. I can't afford a plethora of food, though. I'm also bulking so fat is not an issue for me.

9.a.m
Can of tuna
Oats with honey or two peices of multigrain bread with honey

Roughly w/o at 11a.m
Drink heaps of orange juice before and after

12p.m
Protein shake

3p.m
Two multigrain slices of bread with peanut butter
An apple
Some meat and/or cheese

6.pm
Protein shake

9.pm
Potato
Two multigrain bread with peanut butter
Some lettuce with mayo
Some meat and cheese

12a.m
Protein shake

Now, with the protein shake I make it of a morning and it consists of: 4 eggs, two scoops of protein powder, some cream, some honey and a lot of milk. With that I divide it into three drinks throughout the day (as above). Also, I drink about 2.5 liters a day of water and take some multivitimums.

Thanks for your help guys

Good luck eating tuna in the morning, I don't know many people that could stomach that. I would choose the oats over the bread anyday. What about some healthy fats?

Preworkout you would want to be eating a meal of protein and complex carbs IMO.

You should add some carbs in here for postworkout.

Sounds good, but you need to add some veggies in somewhere.

A protein shake is not a meal. If you are struggling for ideas, try adding in some heavy whipping cream. This will add in calories and make the shake taste awesome!

What meat are you eating? Fresh? Processed? Red? White? Sounds ok, but you need some veggies.

See the advice for the other protein shake.

In that case, ignore the stuff I said on the protein shakes.

you should be having a protein shake before and after a w/o not orange juice.

12a.m
Protein shake

At 12 at night it should be a casein protein because its slow acting and will last longer. i.e it supplies your body with protein during the time your asleep not just for the first hour.

Thanks guys!
After I finish my w/o it's usually about 12p.m so I have the protein shake listed, I don't mean I have O.J and that's all after. The O.J is just some simple carbs to fuel my w/o. If my w/o gets finished early I have the 12p.m shake earlier.

Foley, the meat I tend to eat fluctuates, chicken, ham, pork and processed. Because of my tight paycheck I tend to go more for processed.

I've now added some fats to my 9a.m meal (peanut butter, mayo), I haven't had any problems with eating the tuna so I'll keep that in atm.

I've also added some veggies to my 9 p.m meal.

And I'm looking into my protein shake to see if it's casein for my night shake.

Bro, you're drinking a lot of protein shakes. I'd recommend eating as much whole food as you can on a bulk. If time is a problem and drinking a shake most convenient for you then continue. But if you have the extra time try to eat whole food.

Also get some veggies in and some fruits, you need the nutrients in them.

Macros?
