What you have written means very little. How many calories, protein, carbs and fats are you eating? And by the looks of it, your diet seems to be all protein.

Be more specific bro if you want help.

Time when you eat, how many meals, which ones pre/post workout, Macrototals?

Also keep in mind, whole food is better than shakes.

leave him alone, lol.

Just eat 6 meals a day, like ever 3 hours or so.
each meal should have protein though, around 20g which is about size of a deck of cards, in meat, tuna, chicken etc.

dw about watching what you eat, just bulk up while doing weights and some cardio, when you get the weight and size you want you can worry about cutting and leaning up.

Is no one going to comment on the 1.5 pounds of hamburger meat that he's eating at once? Even if its 95 percent lean meat it will be in the range of 800 calories for one meal.

Read Layne Nortons diet primer at the top of the nutrition thread, its stickied. Spread your meals out evenly.

not to mention you need to eat a real breakfast, that is the most important meal of the day, regardless of if you're bulking or cutting.

Hey thanks every one for your help. I am in the army. I learned that there is a nutrionist that I can use. I am going to take full advantage of this. Especially since Iam getting out at the end of the month. (thank god)
