what are your favorite whole grain (brown) rice and whole wheat pasta's?

i need to include more than just whole wheat bread!

not sure, just look at the labels when buying it and see if theres any difference. I only eat long grain because its the best tasting (complex carb) rice at my local store.

My vote is for Barilla Plus pasta or their whole wheat pasta. The Barilla Plus Pasta stats are per serving:

Protein 17grams
Fat 3 grams
Omega 3s 306 mg
Fiber 7

Very high protein for pasta....
