i am 21 years old
200 lbs
15% bf
170 lbs lean muscle mass
my goal is to be 190 lbs at around 8 to 9 % bf
this is my current meal plan

What times do you workout? which meals are pre and post workout?

I work out between my pm snack and dinner 5 days a week
day1 chest and shoulders
day2 back, bi's and tri's
day3 abs and cardio
day4 hamstrings and glutes
day5 quads and calves
