eat cleaner i.e. good calories such as lean protein, wholegrain rice, sweet potatoe, oatmeal etc. avoid junk and fast food. also include some cardio on days you dont lift weights

^haha... great response.
Do a couple HIIT cardio sessions a week. As far as Diet goes what does it look like right now... like what are you eating, how often, if you know it your total calories and protein/fat/carbs.

Get a clean diet in check bro. What do you eat now? I'd recommend lowering the carbs. Cardio is very necessary.

You should generally stay away from the sweets- empty carbs.

400g of protein? That's wayyy too much. Your meal split is fine. Try for around 170-185g of protein.

alright i have to go soon so i'm just going to respond real quick. Way to much protein... cut that back to 1 to 1.2 g/lb. Carbs seem a little excesive too and they have the lowest thermic response, and also when your insulin is spiked any excess energy is stored in adipocytes (fat cells). SO limit carbs to upon waking, post workout, and your post post workout meal. The rest of the day supplement fat *good fat* for carbs in your meals. Find your base caloric intake as well and since you want to cut down just slowly decrease the number you consume each day per week. Hope that helps.
