over the last year ive read threads on people have a hard time on sleeping. I just read an article saying that bannas contain natural precursors of melatonin and secratonin plus lots of magnesuim. This combination help you relax and out you to sleep. Also its less then 100 calories.

thats a funny situation alot of research shows not to have carbs before bedtime but others say it helps repair your body if you get the required sleep and get into the final sleep phase where your body heals.

That's how sumo wrestlers get huge, they eat and eat and eat, then immediatly force themselves to sleep.

it could work, but as kaboom is saying it isn't wise to do that if you are in a cut cycle because even 4 or 5 little bites before bed will have adverse affects to what you want during cutting... if you aren't cutting then go for it, I eat a small meal before bedtime and I'm trying to put on weight

and using this technique I was able to jump from 212 at 9.6% BF to 219 with 8.9% BF last year... but this may be skewed due to the amount of cardio I do while putting on weight for football
