I cook mine for the week on Sundays. I use a Foreman grill or pan fry in non-stick cooking spray. I leave it slightly underdone becasue I heat it in a microwave before eating which finishes off the cooking. I cook it plain and then add some spice or sauce (BBQ sauce, ketchup, marinade, etc) when I am ready to eat it.

Also for variety, you might want to try lean ground chicken or turkey.

I boil my chicken. It's pretty fast.. 15 minutes and pretty simple to see if it's done. No pink then it is done.

1. Boil water in pot
2. Insert chicken
3. After 10-15 minutes check chicken
4. If not pink chicken is done

I buy a ten pound bag of skinless boneless chicken breasts at Costco for $23, and when I cook it, I follow the directions on the bag and bak it in the oven on 350 degrees for thirty minutes.

When it's done, I season it with garlic salt. Does anyone think garlic salt is a no-no? I've eaten so much plain chicken breasts lately that I'll gag if I don't season it.

i cheat... i buy the rotisserie chicken from the grocery store, remove the skin and throw that away. remove the meat from the bone and put it in a container for future use....

i buy 2 - 3 whole chickens and use them to make sandwiches, salad toppings, or dip it in hot sauce / carb free bbq sauce.

On a bulk I wouldn't really be too concerned about it. If you are on a cut check out Walden Farms.

Buy yourself a grill pan, you won't regret it! It allows you to grill on your stove so that you don't have to go grill outside. It cooks pretty much if not exactly the same and a lot less mess. Just google Grill Pan and you should find it!
