bad or good?.....i enjoy eating it and it is semi healthy but will it be dentremental to my bulking process?....i usually have sushionce or twice a week

why would it be detrimental in your eyes? i dont see a problem. as long as you get in what you need

low in fat high in carbs and protein, its good for you, i dunno anyone who knows protein is bad for you.

sweet!....even better than cuz i love eating it but i wasnt really sure if it was something i should incluce in my regular diet

I think sushi with white rice is a good choice for bulking. However, if you're looking to cut, I would ditch the white rice and just stick with the fish since white rice is a fast-digesting carbohydrate.

I can also eat a ton. I probably will go out eat about 30-40 pieces and a roll or two.

The food itself is extremely clean and healthy.
