1 and 9 need more carbs. Post workout you want high gi carbs such as white bread or white rice. Before bed you want some unsaturated fat, try extra light olive oil, fish oil or cod liver oil. What do your macro percentages come out to?

Good job!

and i think your having to much protein you only need 1 - 1.5 grams of protein per gram of weight otherwise you'll start putting on to much excess fat

Are you looking to bulk, maintain, or cut? What's your goal?

Cosign, you're consuming a lot of wasteful protein, forget a protein shake at a couple of your meals. Keep in mind, it is generally better to be getting your proteins from foods.

about the macro total

i dont know what that means actually! cuz of my english, but i kinda think its the total carb total protein and stuff.

umm 144 gram protein from shakes, 2 chicken breast (dont know the protein value, just regular chik breast) 1 whole egg is about 12 g protein, 18 gram from cottage cheese, 12 g from breads, egg whites around 20 g

206 grams + 2 chicken breast

man thats a lot I never calculated this stuff . and i weight 178 lbs , no wonder i cant see any abs!

from today i cutted down on the protein shakes

Yeah total carbs, protein, and fat is really what you need to find. There are numerous sites to check out the nutrition value of each food. Fitday is one of them.
