im in a cut now so decresing my protein intake for some odd reason slimmed me down real well while still maintaining great strength and mass. when i was bulking i was bringing in about 30g pre wo, 50g post. i've kept my diet up and thats whats helping me feel like im bringing in enough protein throughout the 24 hours. i just through up a thread so i could definitely use some critiquing there and you can see just how im splitting my day up between sleep hours, diet, protein intake, carbs, cals, etc etc etc.
