You can take it either in between meals, pre-workout, and before bed.

It has 55g of protein which is unhealthy before a workout i thought.. just take it after the workout, and before bed. That's what i would do

But you can take it pre-workout, so in regards to your question- you can take it pre-workout but i wouldn't.

Taking 55 grams of protein in one shot isn't unhealthy, it's just a bit wasteful. You wouldn't need to take the whole serving.

A 2.2 tub of procomplex has around 100 more grams of protein than its whey protein counterpart with less fat and less carbs on ratio.

Double rich choclate (Whey) 2 pounds: 744 grams of protein (whole container)
Double rich chocolate (pro complex) 2.2 pounds: 840 grams of protein (whole container)

Depending where you buy it, the whey protein would probably be cheaper. I would stick to half the suggested serving, one scoop instead of two.

yea whenever i use weight gainers i always use a half or 3rd of what its supposed to be. but ill use it 2-3 times a day its better to spread it out in my thoughts

Best way to do it to avoid the formation of adipose tissue from eating too much at once.

Weight gainers are for convienence. Its easy to drink a shake down rather than eat solid food. It also depends on how many meals you eat a day and how many calories you get in a day. You don't want to overeat on one meal of the day.

Why do you keep taking suppliments Bulk Then Cut? I don't get it. You're 15 - 16...YOU DON'T NEED IT! Just eat healthy (Talk to Freak and he'll help you out), and train hard.

fthats true i try to help it myself beef, but really the only thing that im taking right now that i dont REALLLLLLY need is superrpump but that helps me alot
