So I got me some but the label is a bit confusing. Does this sound right to you?

"1 heaping teaspoon for the first 5 days, after this for persons [weight classes listed with corresponding teaspoons of] of 200 lbs [I'm 205 lbs, 6'4"], take 5 teaspoons daily."

It does not mention taking breaks, like off weeks or like when in the day to take them, though I assume you'd be taking a teaspoon with each of your mini 5 meals throughout the day.

What do you think about the label directions?

I would imagine that people under 200 lbs dont need to be taking as much. The first 5 days your on Creatine is called the "loading phase". After that week you start the "maintenance stage" which is people most commonly take 5g/day (1 tspn). Cycle how ever you want. A recommended cycle would be 12 weeks on/4 weeks off. If you want a smaller cycle you could try something along the lines of 3 weeks on/1 week off.

1 teaspoon once a day doesn't seem like much, are you sure that's enough?

I've been taking mine [only the second day now] in the morning with breakfast. I was thinking it might be better to take 2.5 grams pre workout with a small meal and then the other 2.5 grams post workout in combination with my protein. What do you think about this idea?

Loading phase is done with 15-20 grams of creatine a day for the first week or two, the maitenance phase is done with 5 grams a day for the next couple of weeks.

It doesn't make sense that they would tell you to use more as you progress, a good deal of the creatine you would wind up using would be excreted because your muscles wouldn't absorb the overflow of creatine.

That's what I thought.

I'll start taking 3 of those "heaping teaspoons" per day, for a week, then the 1 teaspoons per day thing and see how that works out.

I'm pissing clear every time, so I'm keeping my body flushed.

its called "Good'n Natural," has a pic of a muscle-bound guy with orange and black colors. Big tub has 80 servings, tasteless stuff with I'm surprised but pleased with. Was only $19.99.

80 servings for 20 bucks? Little on the expensive side for that, I think the GNC brand is cheaper even at normal price. Its 1000 grams (200 servings) for 40 at regular price.

So there's the loading stage [I'm almost done with it], then maintenance. Is there anything after that, like do I ever take days or weeks off it completely then go back to loading and start all over?
