you may not like the way you look in a swim suit at the moment but after you swim for a while it will start to improve. It should also be real east on your back at least easier tan anything else I can think of. If anyone makes you feel uncomfortable about it Have Big Bull smack em on the head LOL

i have done lots of diets and nothing works so i thought who is the best people to ask then people that diet on and off all year

my main prob is i cant eat in the morning or afternoon cos i am sick
i eat on a tea time or on a night which i know is not good but that is the only time i can eat
i used to have nicks shakes in the morning and a afternoon my i was told it was not good for me cos i was not training is this right or wrong

i really want to lose this wieght for my health and other reasons
like walkin my dogs and playing with my kids
which at the mo i cant do
so if anyone can do me a diet that might work i will e most happy

thanks guys

Could i just ask what your diet mainly consists of right now? or is it pretty random?
I saw that you said you dont eat much, and i'm not sure if you think thats going to help you lose weight; if you do... its actually a misconception *my fiance seems to believe this, thats why i say it*. You should be eating every 3-5 hours, it helps keep your metabolism consistant.
Have you tried resistance band exercises? they are alot less strenuous and more ideal for a female and someone with injuries.
Have you been hevier your whole life?

A quick idea for you to start training, its just a basic at home circuit resistance training routine:
Body weight squats * x 5
Resistance band rows x 5
Resistance band pull overs x 5

repeat up to 5 x's (start out with just 2 and add another circuit every week).
