sounds like a good idea chris, thats exactly what i want to see what other people eat and to try it out

typical meals i have are:

oatmeal with honey
omelette with onions
minced beef with rice (have this a lot)
chicken breat with pasta
protein shake with olive oil
tuna and baked potatoe
chicken legs

They are the main meals in my diet, obviously i does change from time to time, but as you can see it is very boring and i am fed up of eating. I want to know some cheap, tasty alternatives.

Sweet potatoes are actually slower in digestion rate than regular white potatoes. Sweet potatoes, yams, whatever you like to call it, does have a generally sweeter taste than white potatoes (to me anyway). I can't stand the flavor of regular potatoes, but sweet potatoes are great.

There are differences between yams and sweet potatoes.

WHFoods: Yams

WHFoods: Sweet potatoes

Check out Walden Farms. They offer many syrups, flavorings, sauces, etc... with no calories, carbs, gluten, etc...

I'll have to buy some Sweet potatoes. I've never had them before. Are they nice baked; say, with some cheese?

nah dont put cheese in your sweet potato, thats gross thinking about it. i put brown sugar sometimes during bulk, or marshmallow also. both are good, but mainly to get my nourishment i eat that shit plain.

The taste must differ hugely from regular spuds if cheese is bad on it. I'll try your way.
