I'm having a hard time unscrambling that sentence. How many meals a day do you eat exactly?

if you are eating all of your tuna sandwiches as separate meals and using a whole tin on each sandwich I would stick with what you are doing
5 eggs approx. 35 grm protein
2 toast(sub. whole grain)10 grm protein
1 tin tuna 35 grm. protein x 4, 140 grm protein
8 slices bread 40 grm.
chkn. breast med. 35 grm protein
without misc. unknown snacks protein sits around 260 per day conservative estimate. This is going to be probably higher due to the unknown and very stout protein count.
Questions:
where do you estimate total calories?
do you consider your self a hard gainer?
are you looking to bulk or cut?

true I dont see any vegies do you consume vegies with your meals? personally I would rather see vegies than fruit but thats a personal choice I do not consume fruit or fruit juice most people on this board dont agree with this. Good catch Chris. maybe add spinach leaf to your tuna and a vegie with supper Brown rice is a good source of complex carbs

Veggies are over rated, thats why man made a multi-

No, thats a joke, and if you are going to eat fruit, dont drink the juice, and if you like the juice, don't eat the fruit. I eat the fruit, drink no juice, and fill with veggies.

What about any basic supplementation?
BCAA
Creatine

Are you taking anything else other than protein powder.

And what does your split look like? We can't tell you how to gain weight if you are not working your body properly.

I was under the impression that veges have nutrients that the body does not produce.
