Just think about what you are doing when you grill. You take a coal material or a propane material and make it react. You are going to get unwanted things in this reaction, such as carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide (the silent killer), and many carcinogens. And carcinogens promote the unwanted break down of your body's cells. This then leads to cells in your body that are 'morphed' (loose term) into a possibly cancer breeding 'thing'. And scientist have proven that a person who grills more than a person who doesn't, is more likely to develop certain forms of cancer.
But if it tastes good... So What?
